mixed feelings about the stay

the activities for children were acceptable.
The bed in our beautiful room was too small for two adults, quite frustrating (not what you expect at all). it felt unreasonable and made sleeping uncomfortable. additionally, the restaurant was far too crowded. Finding a seat was a constant struggle, and i had to walk all over to get food, only to sit at the other end of the restaurant.

i enjoyed the pools. i found the waterpark great. the hotel layout was interesting and easy to navigate. the beds felt comfortable and allowed for a good night rest.
my room needed updating. i saw water damage in the bathroom. mold grew between the tiles, which requires immediate attention for health and aesthetic reasons.

multiple pools provided ample swimming space. a waterpark delivered entertainment for all ages. access to the beach was convenient. various activities and entertainment options were available throughout the day and night.

the staff generally acted friendly and helpful. some team members offered prompt, efficient service. i found the employees professional in handling different situations. staff showed a willingness to help guests with a smile.

the hotel provides direct access to a sandy beach. this beach was clean and inviting. its pier provided a pleasant area for relaxation. i think that it created a tranquil and enjoyable experience.

The entertainment kept everyone engaged. Food options were plentiful, something for everyone. The service was responsive and helpful. This hotel is great for families with kids. It allows them to stay busy, while parents can relax, without stress.
The beds were too soft and less comfortable than I prefer.
